Report:
Carrigtwohill United Juniors suffered a defeat by the narrowest of margins away to Everton on a windswept Sunday morning.
The visitors started well and were unlucky not to take the lead when Antoin Hervas Barry's effort from close range was well saved by the Everton keeper following good build up play from Paul Browne and Jason Collins.
The decisive goal would come on 15 minutes when a misplaced back pass was pounced upon by the Everton striker who finished well.
The howling gale played havoc with the game, the majority of which was played on one side of the pitch as both sides found it near impossible to control the accuracy of any passes or crosses.
This meant the game was stop/start with neither side being able to impose themselves and any further clear goalscoring opportunities were few and far between.

Best for the visitors were Michael Deasy, Tom O Brien, Ronan Browne & Antoin Hervas Barry.
This Junior side cannot seem to buy a result of late but this large and youthful squad are improving week by week and it's only a matter of time until they 'break their duck'.
They've been training well and have put in some decent performances over the past month or so without reaping the reward of points on the board, but this will come, keep going lads.
