The Under-12 Girls hosted Fermoy at Ballyadam on Saturday and put in a superb performance in what was a highly entertaining match.

The girls went behind early in the first half after some pressure from Fermoy resulted in a goal on the break. It would have been easy to let this affect their performance, but the girls re-doubled their efforts and Ameilia finished a superb team effort with a blistering shot from outside the box to level the match.

The entire game was played at high tempo and with the game finely balanced there were chances on both sides, but unfortunately, it was the away side who managed to convert theirs and take the points on this occasion.
A highly entertaining and exciting game right up to the final whistle and special mention to our super star Ailish in goals who pulled off some amazing saves Well done to all
