Carrig were pressing the opposition defence, who could not get out of their own half, at every opportunity.
Jack received the ball on the right off Charlie and went on a run down the pitch beating 3 opposition players and his cross was put out of the defender’s backside for a corner, Jack's raw pace and power was causing havoc in the opposition defence.
Carrigtwohill took the lead through Ryan M from the corner as the ball broke in the box and as all goal poachers do, he found the corner of the net, 0-1, ht.

Second half started in similar fashion with some beautiful football from Carrig, moving the ball from defence out to the wings and releasing Zayd who fired his shot into the top left corner, scintillating team goal.
Carrigtwohill made it 3 not long after with what was a lovely move through midfield between Sam and Tristan that caught the opposition defence off guard and released Zayd who timed his run to perfection to nip in for his 2nd, 0-3.

The opposition pulled one back after a shot took a wicked deflection and 2 goalkeepers would not have been able to save it, 1-3.
Within a min Carrig were to concede another after a lapse of concentration at the back left the opposition striker score from the edge of the box, 2-3.
What happened in the next 20 minutes was an absolute joy to watch, Carrigtwohill wrestled back control and scored an unbelievable 4th after 7 different Carrig players touched the ball, from defence to attack finished off beautifully by Mal.
Unbelievable squad performance
