The games are coming quick and fast for the lads. On a hot day, the heat made it difficult for both teams to play quick football. On a hard pitch, Carrigtwohill still looked to play fast attacking football for the 60 minutes. It was a cagey affair in the first half and both keepers had little to do. Lakewoods keeper made a good save from Zayd but the score stayed at 0-0 up to half time. 

Changes at half time with Max and Albert bringing energy into the midfield. Albert made good runs on the wing and our midfield were on top in the second half but we couldn’t find that goal to put us ahead. Sam made the keeper make a good save but chances were limited. Rian kept us a clean sheet behind a strong back 4 of Aaron, Luke, Eoin and Dara. It gives us another point on the board and motivation to keep working towards the final games of the season.
