Carrigtwohill U15 girls played out a thrilling end-to-end encounter against Kinsale, with both teams showing great determination and skill throughout. The match ended in a 1-1 draw, a fair result after an intense and closely contested game.

 

Carrigtwohill’s goal came from a brilliantly struck free kick by Molly Dennis, who found the back of the net with precision and power to level the score after Kinsale had taken an early lead.

 

Lola Murray was outstanding in defence covering every blade of grass and breaking up play, while Abbey Carroll put in a solid performance at the back, keeping the Kinsale attack at bay with some crucial tackles and clearances.

 

A great team performance all around, with plenty of positives to take forward into the next game.
