Carrigtwohill United – 7
Douglas Hall – 0

The home side started with intensity and purpose, and it took just three minutes for John Buckley to make his mark. Positioned ten yards into the opposition half on the right, he pressed aggressively and won the ball cleanly. Driving forward with intent, he skipped past the fullback and calmly slotted the ball into the bottom corner for the first goal.

The midfield unit of John Buckley, Ronan Doyle, Ajus Lepeska, Cesc Matarin, Charley O'Sullivan, and Ariel Lembelembe showed excellent composure and control, maintaining good possession through sharp passing and intelligent movement. Their work rate and awareness allowed the team to dictate the tempo and build sustained pressure.

Douglas Hall A looked dangerous on the break, but the backline stood firm. Captain Antoni Kadula led by example, supported by Adam Lane, Rian McGovern, Oscar Connolly, and Lorcan Thornhill, who all showed great discipline and positioning. In goal, Colm Ó Murchú remained composed and well-organised, helping preserve the 1–0 lead at halftime.

Second Half

The team returned from the break with renewed energy and attacking intent. The midfield — now featuring Frank Krysiak, Ronan Doyle, Ajus Lepeska, Cesc Matarin, and Ariel Lembelembe — continued to control the game with smart distribution and relentless pressing. Their link-up play created wave after wave of attacking opportunities.

Up front, Mati Majchrzak led the line with tireless movement and intelligent positioning, constantly stretching the defense and creating space for others to exploit.

The second goal came from a corner delivered by Cesc Matarin from the left. Mati met it with a perfectly timed volley at the near post.

The third goal followed quickly. Lorcan Thornhill played a clever ball down the left wing to Ariel Lembelembe, who surged forward, cut inside past his marker, and fired a low shot into the far corner.

The fourth goal was another sharp combination. Cesc picked up the ball in midfield and spotted Ariel making a run from wide. He slipped a precise pass into space, and Ariel cut inside and finished low for his second.

The fifth goal saw Ariel drive down the left and play a well-timed pass across the box to Mati, who finished confidently for his second of the match.

The sixth goal came from a moment of vision and precision. Ajus threaded a diagonal ball through the defense to Ariel, who took it in stride and slotted it into the bottom corner to complete his hat-trick.

The seventh and final goal was a brilliant combination of teamwork and strength. Ariel picked up the ball wide and played a clever pass to Ajus, who showed great strength to beat two defenders and calmly finish into the bottom corner.

Defensively, the backline remained solid throughout the second half. Antoni, Adam, Rian, Oscar, and Lorcan continued to work as a unit, staying focused and composed. In goal, Oscar Mazur impressed with his brilliant distribution — consistently launching accurate passes to restart attacks and keep the team on the front foot.

Throughout the match, the players’ effort, work rate, and willingness to help each other stood out. Whether pressing high, tracking back, or supporting teammates in possession, their commitment created the platform for their football to shine. The result was not just a scoreline, but a reflection of their unity and determination.
