Carrigtwohill United suffered their first league defeat of the season at a windswept Leeside Park Saturday evening.
Trailing 1-0 at halftime, the visitors failed to get going in the second half and conceded a second from a corner. 
Substitute Will Kavanagh had an immediate impact pulling one back for Carrigtwohill with a beauty from 25 yards but the home side hung on for the win.
