The girls put in a solid performance in a derby match against neighbours Leeside, but it was the visitors who took away the points.

 

Strong performances in particular from Clodagh and Amy meant that we were never going to give up many chances but Leeside scored 2 superb long range efforts that were impossible to defend against

Highlight of the match was the variation of the kick-outs, with Ailish taking charge and going long and short to great success as needed.

 

Well done to all – next fixture is Cup which is sure to bring out the best from the girls
