Carrigtwohill United 2–2 Springfield

Carrigtwohill United played out a 2–2 draw with Springfield at Ballyadam Park in a scrappy game where, in the end, the points were probably fairly shared.

Carrigtwohill’s two goals came from two excellent pieces of passing. Ryan Moore provided the pass for Jack O’Keeffe to finish, while Malachy Kelleher produced another great pass for Mark Cussen to score.

It wasn’t Carrigtwohill’s best performance, but the team showed enough to take a point from the game. Alex Kadula, Tristan and Darragh Leahy all deserve a mention for their efforts. The team will know they can play much better and will look to show that in their next game.
