It was back to the league for the boys after a busy morning with exams. To their credit, they didn’t let this affect them. We were one down halfway through the first half but the boys got back into the game 10 minutes before the end of the first half. 

Firstly, we were unlucky not to equalise after quick thinking from Kai gave Luke an opportunity to strike from the edge of the box which went just wide. Shortly after James showed great character to keep battling to win the ball which ended up with Zayd. Zayd made no mistake with a brilliant finish to equalise and bring us in at 1-1. 

The second half continued to be a physical game where a massive effort was asked of the lads. We went ahead with 10 minutes to go from a great ball from Aaron ended up at Sam’s feet who managed to put it away
